The Drivers Hub Motorsports
TDH Motorsports is a new venture by The Drivers Hub, dedicated to covering everything motorsports, from live updates to in-depth documentaries. The aim was to craft a strong, coherent identity that reflects the adrenaline, culture, and history of motorsport while standing apart from the parent TDH brand.

PROBLEM
The challenge was to design an identity that:
Differentiates TDH Motorsports from The Drivers Hub, while still feeling like part of the same family.
Captures the uniqueness of multiple motorsport series without leaning too heavily into one.
Translates well across diverse formats, from YouTube thumbnails to stickers, social posts, apparel, and motion graphics.
Balances flexibility with strength, ensuring the brand can evolve with future content.
MISSION
The spark came from the idea of combining the rich history of motorsport with speed and energy captured in form. Motorsport is about velocity, precision, and impact, all characteristics that needed to be embedded in the visual system. The goal was to create a design language that instantly conveys the thrill of racing while honouring the origins of the race track.
JOURNEY
The design process was heavily exploratory:
Experimentation with custom typography and logotypes to capture motion and aggression.
Exploration of textures and grids, inspired by racing stripes, tire marks, and track layouts.
Iteration of assets including logos, stickers, apparel, social graphics, and even car mockups to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
Motion integration: designing intro/outro graphics and dynamic assets to bring the identity alive in video.
Working on TDH Motorsports was both a creative challenge and an honor. The project proved how a brand can strike the balance between heritage and individuality, staying tied to The Drivers Hub while carving out its own identity. Big thanks to Bhavneet, Soham and the TDH team for trusting me with shaping the future look of this venture.
36 DOT 2023 was inspired by the stamp collection that my grandfather gave me. Looking at each stamp was like looking at a still from a particular point in time. I wanted to delve into the history of stamps, using them as a guide to represent letterforms.
